  • If the delivery address differs from the billing address, please specify it separately.

  • If your size does not match the standard size chart, we offer a Made-to-Measure service that allows you to order any model from the website adjusted to your personal measurements. To use the Made-to-Measure service, please follow the instructions ON THIS PAGE

ADDING TO CART

  • Click “Add to cart”, then open the cart icon and select “View cart”.

CART REVIEW

  • Check the selected items. You can add new products or remove items from the Cart if necessary.
  • Enter a promo code or gift card code in the designated field.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

  • Every order is checked before dispatch. Processing takes 1–3 business days.
  • After the package is handed over to the delivery service, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.
  • Once the payment is completed and the delivery method is selected, the address or delivery method cannot be changed.
  • If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier may hand the parcel over to an adult at the specified address.
  • The signature upon receiving confirms that the package is accepted in good visual condition. If the parcel is damaged (creased, wet etc.), it must be recorded at the time of receipt in the presence of the courier — in a delivery report or note.
  • During public holidays delivery times may be extended.

SHIPPING TIMES AND METHODS

  • The delivery time after receiving the order confirmation e-mail depends on the destination country and chosen delivery method.
  • If you choose Pickup at the Atelier, please wait for confirmation via e-mail or phone. Once confirmed, your item will be ready for collection.
  • Europe: 2–5 days
  • Switzerland: 2–5 days
  • World Standard: 7–10 days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 days - additional fee applies
  • Pickup in Atelier: Obermühle 4b, 6340 Baar, Switzerland

OMNIVA PARCEL MACHINE DELIVERY

  • If Omniva parcel machine is selected, the order will be delivered to the chosen locker within 5 business days after order confirmation by e-mail.
  • You will receive an SMS notification containing the access code, locker address, return code and storage period.
  • Omniva parcel machines operate 24/7.
  • The order is stored for 7 calendar days. After this period the parcel is returned to ALEXANDER PAVLOV.
  • The cost of re-shipping is covered by the customer.
  • Please keep the received SMS until the end of the 14-day return period.

PAYMENT

  • You can pay using Visa / Mastercard, internet banking, PayPal, Revolut, Twint.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Review your order details — item, size, color, quantity, delivery address — and click “Checkout".
  • After payment, click “Return to Merchant” — a confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically.
